Dear camping guests,
we are delighted that you have chosen to spend your holiday with us. To ensure a relaxing and undisturbed stay for everyone, we have put together the following orientation guides and house rules. We sincerely thank you for observing our campsite regulations.
Arrival & Setup
Please occupy only the pitch assigned to you. Ensure you do not exceed the marked boundaries. Your car and all other belongings must remain within your designated pitch.
Departure & Billing
On your day of departure, the pitch must be vacated and the bill settled by 11:00 AM at the latest. You may also settle your bill the evening before (until 6:00 PM). We kindly ask you to leave the pitch in the condition you would wish to find it upon arrival.
Traffic on Site
A walking pace (10 km/h) limit applies throughout the entire campsite! Please be mindful of playing children, elderly guests, noise, and dust.
- Prohibited: Riding mopeds and playing football on the grounds are considered a nuisance by most guests and are strictly prohibited.
- Cycling: The campsite is not a venue for recreational or sports cycling; please use the local roads and cycle paths instead. Please instruct your children to limit cycling within the grounds to necessary trips only and at an appropriate speed.
Quiet Hours
- Midday: From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, please show extra consideration for your neighbors’ need for rest. Parents are asked to keep children quiet on the playground during this time.
- Nighttime: We place the highest importance on quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The barrier is locked during this time. If you return late, please park your car outside the grounds and remain as quiet as possible (avoid slamming car doors!).
- Note: We must be strict regarding quiet hours. Please remember this during late-night social gatherings; tomorrow, you may be the one wishing for a peaceful night’s sleep.
General Rules
- Magnetic Card: A fee of €25.00 will be charged if the magnetic card is lost.
- Radio & TV: The use of radios, televisions, or musical instruments is only permitted if it does not disturb your neighbors.
- Dogs: Your four-legged friends are welcome! However, dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times. Please walk your dog outside the campsite grounds and always carry a bag to dispose of waste. Dogs are not permitted to swim in the lake or run on the farmers’ meadows.
- Visitors: Visitors must register at reception before entering the site and obtain a parking permit if necessary. Visitors may stay for one hour free of charge upon leaving an ID at reception. For longer stays, a visitor fee applies.
- Grilling: For safety reasons, campfires, open flames, torches, and fireworks are prohibited. Grilling is only allowed using suitable garden grills (gas or charcoal). Please ensure smoke is kept to a minimum.
- Children: For their safety, please accompany children to the toilets, playground, and beach. Adults are responsible for the conduct of the minors in their care.
- Waste Water & Chemical Toilets: Empty portable toilets only into the designated chemical disposal point. Caravans not connected to the sewage system must use a collection container under the drain. Waste must be disposed of properly—never into the ground!
- Sanitary Facilities: Keeping the washrooms and toilets clean is the duty of every guest. Please avoid wasting water, as high consumption affects the fees for everyone.
- Laundry & Showers: Washing machines and dryers are available in “Haus Primus”—please register at the office. Shower tokens are available during office hours.
- Environment: To protect our environment, washing cars, caravans, or other vehicles on the site is prohibited.
Termination of Stay
We reserve the right to evict guests who ignore quiet hours, party/shout at night, play football on-site, light open fires, set off fireworks, misuse sanitary facilities, harass neighbors, or fail to follow the instructions of the campsite warden.

You can reach us during office hours by using the bell located in front of the office. Press the button and wait for a response. In urgent cases, we are available outside of these hours.
